Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Business Development Executive role based in Salem. The Senior Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for DataDesQ’s AI solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels




Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects
Conduct meetings, discussions, and product/service presentations
Achieve business development and revenue targets
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience in IT, AI, SaaS, or technology services is an added advantage
