What youll do:
Day-to-day management and configuration of FPM software; maintaining models, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
Building financial reports, dashboards and management reporting; translating business requirements into system-based reporting
Ability to query and troubleshoot financial data; understanding relational databases and data structures
Diagnosing data discrepancies, integration failures, calculation issues and reporting problems
Working with Finance, Accounting and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system functionality
Maintaining system documentation, data dictionaries, process documentation and user guides
Managing system changes, communicating releases and training Finance users
Ability to understand Finance users' needs and serve as the bridge between Finance, IT and the FPM platform
Move at the speed of the business during forecast, budget, and close cycles — Planful, NetSuite, and Excel are your toolkit for delivering answers with pace, urgency, and accuracy
Upgrade the FP&A; function itself — sharpen models, modernize reporting tools,



and bring structure to a fast-moving environment where your improvements stick

What you’ll bring:
A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field
5+ years in FP&A;, accounting, or a similarly analytical finance role — bonus points for SaaS, software, and/or PE-backed environments
Advanced Excel and solid financial modelling skills;

experience with NetSuite, Planful, or similar planning / ERP tools is a plus
