Role & responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and deliver energy data to customers.
Support customer onboarding and process setup.
Verify data accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
Track processes, prepare reports, and monitor performance.
Handle troubleshooting, escalations, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with team members and delegate tasks when required.
Use data analysis to identify and resolve process/data issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Valuable MS Excel knowledge Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.
Experience with monitoring, tracking, and reporting tools.
3–5 years of relevant Data Analyst experience.
Experience in finance, billing, payments, or energy is preferred.
SQL and Python experience is an added advantage.
Experience working with databases is beneficial.
