Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Accounts to independently manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, payroll support, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and bank reconciliation.
Handle TDS, GST, Qualified Tax, PF, ESI, Income Tax and related statutory filings.
Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS and management reports.
Manage fixed assets, depreciation, loans, statutory dues, expenses and cash/bank positions.
Support monthly payroll, salary deductions, reimbursements and employee accounting.
Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
Assist with statutory,



tax and internal audits and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance activities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; M.Com / CA Inter is an advantage.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Practical knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax and Income Tax.
Experience in MIS reporting, P&L;, Balance Sheet, reconciliations and audit schedules.
Healthcare/hospital accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
