Role & responsibilities
Manage daily accounting, sales, purchases, expenses and payments.
Reconcile POS, cash, card, UPI and online delivery platform settlements.
Monitor accounts payable, receivables and vendor ledgers.
Verify purchase invoices, GRNs and vendor bills.
Monitor inventory, food & beverage costs and wastage.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.
Identify discrepancies, leakages and financial control gaps.
Manage and supervise the Accounts team.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Purchase, Stores and Management.

Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
58 years of relevant experience; restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP, POS and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS and reconciliations.
Solid analytical, communication and team-management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
