Role Description The Sales Specialist internship is an on-site role based in New Delhi. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting FlashSpace’s virtual office, coworking, and business compliance solutions, and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities include assisting in lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.



The role also involves coordinating with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, gathering feedback from clients, and participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and support a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, with an interest in lead generation, pitching solutions, and closing deals in a structured process.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as willingness to learn sales methodologies and support basic pipeline organization.
Additional beneficial qualifications include comfort working in office in a fast-paced environment, basic proficiency with CRM or productivity tools, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior internship experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
