8+ years of experience in Windows Infrastructure Administration.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.

Strong PowerShell scripting expertise.
n
Experience in SCOM administration and monitoring.
n
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server platforms.
n
Experience in workflow automation, runbooks, and system integrations.
n
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
n
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.
n
Automate infrastructure and operational tasks across Windows environments.
n
Integrate Orchestrator with SCOM, SCCM, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms.
n
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
n
Monitor and troubleshoot Windows server infrastructure and automation jobs.
n
Perform root cause analysis for automation failures and infrastructure incidents.
n
Support SCOM monitoring, management packs,



alerts, dashboards, and reporting.
n
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.
n
Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
n
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to improve operational efficiency.
