School Success & Activities Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on School Coordinator / Academic Coordinator who can manage academics, student activities, events and school engagement across our partner schools.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a large school workplace (1,500–2,000+ students preferred) and be comfortable coordinating with school leadership, teachers, students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate academic delivery and student progress across schools.

Plan and execute assemblies, fests, competitions, showcases and student activities.

Drive Baseline, Midline & Endline assessments and track student impact.

Coordinate with Principals, School Coordinators and teachers.

Identify student achievements and create impact stories, photos, videos and testimonials.

Maintain MIS, trackers and school performance reports.





Identify issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.

School Coordinator / Academic Coordinator

Activity Coordinator

School Operations Coordinator

Senior Teacher with coordination responsibilities

School Administrator

Must Have
5–10 years of school experience
Experience managing school events/fests/assemblies
Robust academic & coordination skills
Valuable stakeholder management and communication
Comfortable with Excel/MIS and reporting
Proactive, organised and execution-oriented

Important: This is a hands-on school coordination role, not a senior corporate “Head” position.
