Provide overall leadership and direction to the school.
Ensure effective planning and implementation of academic activities.
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student development.
Guide, mentor, and develop teachers and administrative staff.
Manage day-to-day school administration and operations.
Build a positive, safe, disciplined, and supportive school environment.
Coordinate effectively with teachers, students, parents, management, and other stakeholders.
Monitor academic performance and identify areas for improvement.
Encourage creative teaching practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.




Support the overall development and growth of the school.

Preferred candidate profile
Experienced Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Education Skilled.
Retired Principal who wishes to remain actively engaged in education.
Senior teacher or education professional with robust teaching and school-administration experience and readiness to take up a leadership role.
Individuals who are passionate about education and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful social cause.
