We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect who can independently handle architectural planning, design development, drawings, coordination, and execution support for residential/township construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
Prepare and review architectural drawings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP and other engineering teams.
Ensure architectural designs are practical, functional and execution-friendly.
Review drawings and resolve design/site-related issues.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and project teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Review BOQ,



material specifications and design requirements where required.
Handle design modifications and provide suitable architectural solutions.
Maintain drawing/documentation records and ensure revisions are properly controlled.
Support planning and development of residential/township projects.
Guide junior architects/designers and coordinate their work.
Participate in client/management discussions and project presentations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
