Scrum Master – Solutions Project Team

Location: Pune

Job Summary
Lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams.
Ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.
Guide teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Coaching
Promote Agile values, principles, and Scrum best practices.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
Support self-organizing, high-performing teams.
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.

Scrum Delivery Management
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Support Release Planning and PI Planning activities.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery commitments.
Ensure sprint goals and project milestones are met.

Stakeholder Collaboration




Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog.
Coordinate with Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams.
Enable effective communication between business and technical teams.

Risk & Issue Management
Identify, track, and resolve delivery impediments.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Escalate critical concerns when needed.

Reporting & Governance
Provide sprint and project status updates.
Track Agile metrics and team performance.
Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities.
Maintain transparency through Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
