Hiring: Salesforce Technical Lead | 10+ Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with robust expertise in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and solution design.

Location: Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore

Current Work Mode: Remote (for the time being)

Experience: 10+ Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce solution design and technical architecture in collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects and technology teams.
Provide technical leadership across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Break down user stories into technical tasks, provide estimates and support sprint planning.
Configure and develop Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Work on Marketing Cloud Automations, Journeys and Data Extensions.
Design and support robust REST/JSON API and middleware integrations.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce secure coding and platform standards.
Contribute to CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.
Troubleshoot platform issues, performance concerns and production incidents.
Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, configuration and integration details.




Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and cross-team collaboration.
Support data quality, platform governance, GDPR and information security compliance.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and technologies, including Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
