About the Role Our client is looking for a hands-on SAP Practice Lead to own SAP applications and support end-to-end across client Group companies. This is an operational leadership role for someone who can troubleshoot complex issues, handle senior-level support, understand user concerns and convert them into practical SAP solutions while guiding ongoing enhancements and delivery.

What You'll Do Own the SAP practice end-to-end, including application support, incident resolution, enhancements, releases, integrations and continuous improvement. Provide hands-on Level 3 / senior-level support and troubleshoot complex functional, technical, integration and performance issues. Work directly with users and business teams to understand concerns, identify root causes and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.

Coordinate internal teams, functional and technical consultants, and implementation partners to ensure timely resolution and delivery. Lead and review configuration, fixes, enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, rollouts and go-live support. Maintain system stability, support governance, documentation, service levels, standardization and a clear improvement roadmap.





Core Skills 8–12 years of SAP experience with solid hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC. Robust troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across SAP modules, interfaces, data and surrounding systems. Broad cross-functional SAP knowledge, with deep hands-on capability in one or more functional or technical areas.

Experience owning SAP application support and managing incidents, enhancements, releases and external partners. Strong business-process understanding, user engagement, communication and global stakeholder management.

Preferred / Advantage Manufacturing/industrial SAP environments. SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, EWM, PM/EAM, Fiori or related areas. SAP–PLM/Teamcenter integration, SAP BTP/CPI/Integration Suite, Azure/cloud integration. S/4HANA transformation, global rollout, SAP operations or practice-lead experience.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
