Responsibilities:
Inspection and testing of agricultural machines and implements before dispatch.
Conduct functional and performance testing as per defined standards.
Check machine assembly, fitment, alignment, finishing, and overall quality.
Prepare and maintain PDI check sheets, inspection reports, and quality records.
Prepare and update inspection check sheets based on product requirements.
Ensure compliance with SOP, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagram (PFD).
Handle quality issues through CAPA and 8D problem-solving.
Identify PDI defects and coordinate with Production/Assembly teams for corrective action and rework.
Check powder coating quality, identify coating defects, and coordinate rework.
Valuable knowledge of agricultural implements and their functioning.
Perform final inspection and ensure machines meet customer/company specifications before dispatch.




Maintain records of recurring defects and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Assembly, R&D;, and Quality teams to resolve PDI issues.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of agricultural machinery/implements.
Strong understanding of machine functioning and operational testing.
Knowledge of CAPA, 8D, SOP, Control Plan, and PFD.
Knowledge of powder coating defects and rework.
Good inspection, documentation, and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related engineering field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
