Role: Service Engineer- CNC /VMC Machines

Experience: 3 - 10 years

Responsibilities
Install, align, commission, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (mechanical, electrical & control systems).
Provide technical support and maintenance during/after warranty.
Support warehouse activities for CNC machine/accessory shipments and manage shipping documents (DO, acceptance & inspection reports).
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics & Engineering for smooth after-sales service.
Prepare service reports and provide feedback to the Service Manager.
Conduct basic machine operation training and in office customer guidance.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years experience in CNC machine installation/service, preferably HMC & DCMC.
Familiarity with CNC control systems, especially FANUC & MITSUBISHI.
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer/service requirements.
