Team Coordination: Direct workers, guide subcontractors, and plan daily workflows for laborers.
Problem Solving: Fix technical difficulties on site and adjust work schedules when delays happen.
Documentation: Keep detailed daily logs, write progress reports, and track material inventories.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
