Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end formalities for Indian and foreign patent filings
Maintaining and monitoring statutory and internal deadlines of attorneys




Preparing and e-filing forms before the Indian Patent Office
Handling annuity and renewal schedules and client reminders
Coordinating with foreign associates, clients and inventors for documents, POAs, assignments, verified translations and priority documents
Reviewing Patent Office correspondence and reporting to attorneys and clients
Preparing status reports and supporting portfolio management
Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior paralegal and formalities staff

Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of hands-on patent formalities and docketing experience in a patent law firm in Delhi NCR
Thorough working knowledge of the Patents Act, 1970, the Patents Rules and the IPO's e-filing portal
Excellent written and spoken English, robust attention to detail and deadline discipline
