We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant – B2B to drive business development and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting corporate clients across multiple service verticals.

The role involves selling a diverse portfolio of Visual Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Designing, Printing, Technology Applications, and HR Services to businesses across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B business prospects through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, meetings, and other business development channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company's service portfolio.
Drive sales of:
Visual Merchandising & Branding Solutions
Digital Marketing Services
Graphic & Creative Designing
Printing & Production Services
Technology / Application Solutions
HR & Recruitment Services
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations,



and commercial discussions.
Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and presentations with the relevant internal teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → requirement analysis → proposal → negotiation → closure → client handover .
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up on all prospects and opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across different service verticals.
Coordinate with Operations, Design, Digital Marketing, Technology, HR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects.
Monitor client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
Maintain accurate CRM/sales records and submit regular sales reports to management.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential current business opportunities.
