About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting, it’s about building brands, driving engagement, and delivering real results.

At Cogito Digital, you’ll be working closely with multiple brands across industries, taking ownership of their social media presence from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with client goals
Manage day-to-day handling of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the internal team for content execution
Write transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and content briefs
Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics
Handle client communication, approvals, and feedback professionally
Ensure consistency in posting, branding, and quality across all platforms
Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and platform updates





Required Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Positive communication and writing skills
Basic understanding of content strategy and branding
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace
