Job Summary

Baritech Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Incharge for Solar Industry to manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that project work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily site activities and manpower.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and project team members.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor site progress and report updates to the management/project team.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, material records, and attendance.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Implement and monitor site safety procedures and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site-related issues.




Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders whenever required.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant site/project experience.
Experience in renewable energy, solar projects, electrical installation, construction, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of site supervision and manpower management.
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and project documents.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities.
Willingness to travel/stay at project sites in Chhattisgarh as required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and daily reporting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
