Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SOP Implementation Specialist with 10+ years of experience in SOP development, process mapping, and compliance management to strengthen operational processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

SOP Development & Ownership:
Develop and implement end-to-end SOPs across departments and branches.
Map processes and align them with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure uniform SOP implementation and compliance across locations.
Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and identify process gaps.




Drive corrective actions and continuous process improvement.
Train teams on SOP adherence and operational best practices.
Prepare compliance and audit reports for management.

Key Skills
Solid experience in SOP development and process documentation.
Knowledge of compliance, audit, and governance practices.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
Solid analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in SOP creation or process improvement.
Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
Experience in pharma or related industry will be an advantage.
