Sourcing Manager –

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, agents, and clients in the real estate sector.

· Identify and generate recent business opportunities through sourcing activities and market networking.

· Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation and client site visits.

· Manage and maintain a database of brokers, channel partners, and prospective clients.

· Provide project details, pricing, offers, and sales support to clients and channel partners.

· Coordinate with internal sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer handling and closures.

· Conduct market research and track competitor projects, pricing, and trends.

· Follow up with clients regarding bookings, negotiations, and documentation processes.

· Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing and lead generation reports.

· Achieve sourcing targets and contribute towards overall company sales growth.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, channel sales,



or real estate business development.

· Proven experience in handling channel partners and lead generation activities.

· Solid understanding of the real estate market and customer requirements.

· Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.

· Strong organizational and reporting skills.

. Candidate must have a valid two-wheeler/bike and a valid driving licence, as the role involves regular travelling for property sourcing and site visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
