Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and provide after-sales service for signage machines and equipment.
Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot machine/equipment issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.




Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and basic software/control-related problems.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
Experience in signage machinery, CNC, laser, printing, or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, sensors, drives, and controllers.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites

Experience: 2–6 years in machinery service / after-sales service preferred.
