Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure secure and accurate dispensing of medications, and guide junior staff while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately
Review prescriptions for correctness and drug interactions
Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and side effects
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital/retail standards
Manage inventory, procurement, and expiry control
Maintain proper documentation and records
Train, mentor, and support junior pharmacists and pharmacy assistants
Coordinate with doctors, nurses,



and healthcare staff

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors / Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
Valid Pharmacist Registration
2–5 years of relevant experience (Hospital/Retail Pharmacy)
Robust knowledge of medications and regulations
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of pharmacy software systems
Inventory and audit management
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
