Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding caregiving and healthcare training programmes and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career prospects.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Conduct outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/ATS.




Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Participate in college visits, career counselling sessions, and admission campaigns.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
Any Degree.
2–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, education sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
