The role requires hands-on expertise in up-to-date front-end engineering, component-based architecture, responsive UI development, and integration with headless, API-driven e-commerce platforms. You will own React architecture, guide the frontend team, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. The candidate is also expected to contribute to backend development where needed, particularly around Node.js services, API integration, and collaboration on full-stack solution design





Roles And Responsibilities
Lead the React frontend development and define application architecture
Develop and enhance frontend features using React / Next.js, following established architecture and coding standards with command on HTLML5/CSS3
Development of Node.js/Fastify services, focused on performance and scalability.
Build scalable, maintainable UI solutions using contemporary React patterns
Translate business and UX requirements into clean, performant code
Establish coding standards, best practices, and perform code reviews
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability
Collaborate closely with backend, UX, and DevOps teams
Optimise applications for performance, responsiveness and scalability (Core Web Vitals awareness)
Knowledge in Playwright for end-to-end testing
