Role : Sourcing Specialist (US Region)

nScope: Proactively identify and engage top talent through effective internet, database, and social media sourcing strategies.

nResponsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels (internal databases, job boards, social media) to source and engage qualified candidates for entry to senior-level positions.

Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
n
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sourcing strategies.
n
Sourcing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sourcing plans tailored to specific client needs. Should be very excellent with Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
n
Reporting and Relationship Management: Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and act as a main point of contact for clients and recruiters.
