Lead, motivate and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff.
Ensure timely and quality completion of vehicle servicing and repairs.
Monitor workshop productivity, service targets and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis and repair as per company standards.
Monitor service bookings,



job cards, billing and vehicle deliveries.
Coordinate with the spare parts team for smooth service operations.
Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety and process compliance.
Track service revenue, productivity and overall operational performance.
Prepare service performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
