Job Responsibilities:

Fund raise support
Preparation of documents required for both the renewal and recent loans including CMA/ Projections
Coordinate with the lenders to ensure the timely submission of information.
Proactive communication with lenders to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
Coordinate with the potential lenders for due diligence and organize meetings for the lenders
Coordinate with arrangers and consultants

Data Room Management
Build the data room by capturing all the information points required for due diligence
Continuously update data points
Information coordination with external stakeholders
Analysis of financials for presentation to lenders and rating agencies

Reporting & Analysis




Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Financial MIS dissemination and analysis
Covenant tracking
Weekly and Monthly Treasury reports
Preparation of Newsletter
Updating monthly performance highlights

Candidate Profile : Qualification : MBA Finance/ CFA/ CA/ ICWA

Experience : 3 years+ post qualification experience with Investment Banking/ Treasury/ Corporate Finance, preferably experience with NBFC/ Financial institution.
