Conduct technical and process training for Service Advisors, Technicians, and other service staff.

Identify training needs based on performance, skill gaps, customer feedback, and new vehicle technologies.

Prepare and conduct training programs on vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair procedures, and service processes.

Ensure employees are updated with current models, technologies, tools, and manufacturer guidelines.

Conduct practical/workshop-based training and evaluate employee knowledge and skills.

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records and reports.

Coordinate with Service Management and OEM/Training teams for technical and process training.

Support improvement in Customer Satisfaction (CSI), First-Time Fix Rate, productivity, and service quality.





Ensure compliance with company and OEM service standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of automobile service and repair processes.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to train and motivate technical/service teams.

Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and modern automotive technologies.

Valuable documentation and reporting skills.

Problem-solving and team-handling ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
