Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LT & HT electrical panels at customer sites.
Attend service calls and resolve electrical and mechanical issues within agreed timelines.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Analyze faults in switchgear, busbars, breakers, relays, metering, and control circuits.
Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issue resolution.
Prepare service reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and spare parts recommendations.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and emergency breakdown services.
Skills Required
Solid knowledge of LT/HT panels, switchgear, and electrical drawings.
Troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
