Site Supervisor

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction field

Roles & Responsibilities
Assign and direct workers and subcontractors in their daily tasks.
Inspect work to ensure quality, code compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment requirements, and overall site logistics.
Communicate project progress, site issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager/Superintendent.
Resolve on-site conflicts and ensure smooth coordination and workflow between different trades.
Ensure proper site security, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
Monitor and maintain compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience.
Positive knowledge of construction practices, site supervision, drawings, and specifications.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and day-to-day site activities.
Willingness to work at construction sites in Calicut.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
