Special Educator – Key Responsibilities
Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD through individualized educational interventions.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each child’s needs.
Support development of attention, concentration, communication, social, cognitive, pre-academic and academic skills.
Use structured, play-based and activity-based teaching strategies.
Manage classroom/session behaviours and encourage positive behaviour and participation.
Track and document children’s progress regularly.
Coordinate with parents and multidisciplinary specialists such as psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and behavioural therapists.
Provide parents with appropriate home-based learning strategies.
Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Preferred: Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and other developmental needs.
Qualification: D.Ed / B.Ed (Special Education)
Preferred: Primary School Teacher experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
