Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Supervise receiving, storage, inspection, and dispatch of materials.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Inspect materials and products for basic quality and specification compliance.
Identify and segregate damaged or rejected materials.
Maintain stock and quality related documentation.
Coordinate with Service, Purchase, Sales Support and other departments to resolve stock and quality issues and material dispatching.
Ensure proper FIFO and safety.
Prepare regular stock and quality reports for management.
Basic computer knowledge.
