We are looking for a Specialist – Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and supporting the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Work towards daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements.

Requirements




0.6–2 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Comfortable making candidate screening and follow-up calls.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
