Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet quick-commerce delivery timelines.
Inventory & Quality: Track stock levels, prevent spillage/shrinkage, and ensure fresh produce rotates correctly (FIFO/FEFO).
Team Leadership: Manage shift rosters, train pickers and packers, and maintain store productivity.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean premises, cold-chain storage temperatures, and safety standards.
Metrics: Track pick speed, order accuracy, and cost-per-order KPIs.
