Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers Specializing In C++, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity Through Hands-On Support And Training.
Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization, Implementation Of Best Practices, And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex C++ Projects.
Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies,



Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks Associated With Architectural Decisions.
Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables For C++ Applications, Preparing And Submitting Regular Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.
