We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Senior QA Engineer (Hybrid Tester) with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure product quality.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-focused feedback.
Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation adoption.
Leverage AI-powered testing tools and practices wherever applicable.
Ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Positive understanding of API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Solid defect management and test execution skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled testing tools and practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
Knowledge of performance, security, or exploratory testing.
Experience in cloud-based testing environments.
