Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Recruitment Consultant with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and recruitment consulting. The ideal candidate should have solid recruitment delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and exposure to HR Operations. The role involves managing client requirements, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Handle IT and technical recruitment requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and skill expectations.
Provide recruitment consulting and support clients in identifying suitable candidates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, MIS reports,



and hiring updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Support recruitment targets and ensure quality candidate delivery.
Gain exposure to HR Operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
Support basic HR operational activities and employee lifecycle processes as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience in client coordination, client handling, and recruitment consulting.
Exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing services.
Robust recruitment delivery and client handling experience.
Exposure to HR Operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, and employee coordination.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
