As we expand, we're seeking a talented and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop social media strategies, content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Implement SMO (Social Media Optimization) strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.




Coordinate with creative and production teams to develop engaging content.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
Valuable understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
Experience in team handling and team management is required.
Good content writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing is an advantage.
Creative, proactive, and analytical mindset.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Candidates from Kerala are preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
