Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in hiring Sales Professionals. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely onboarding of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other business requirements.
Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and business teams.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain candidate databases/trackers.
Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, and offer roll-out.
Coordinate pre-joining follow-ups and ensure candidates join as committed.




Complete the onboarding process for Sales candidates.
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future Sales requirements.
Coordinate with Sales/Business teams to understand hiring priorities.
Support bulk hiring and recruitment drives whenever required.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Robust experience in Sales hiring is preferred.
Positive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Experience with Naukri/LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
