Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Department: Accounts / Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
Review and approve invoices, payments, and journal entries
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Handle financial reporting, MIS, and month-end/year-end closing
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Analyze financial data and provide insights for cost control and profitability
Supervise and guide the accounts team
Coordinate with operations team for billing and revenue tracking





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com)
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP)
Solid analytical and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail

Experience:
4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance
Prior experience in logistics/transport industry preferred
Experience in team handling is mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
