Salary: Rs 75,000/- to 1,00,000/- Per Month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury jewellery showroom in Bandra West. The role requires a strong combination of sales leadership, HNI client handling, team management and store operations.

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving store performance while ensuring that every client receives a refined, personalised and memorable luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive store sales targets, conversion and overall business performance.
Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
Personally engage with HNI/UHNI clients and manage high-value client relationships.
Build repeat business through robust clienteling, follow-ups, referrals and relationship management.
Ensure exceptional luxury service across walk-ins, appointments and high-value purchases.
Monitor daily sales performance, client enquiries, follow-ups and closures.
Maintain impeccable showroom presentation,



visual merchandising and grooming standards.
Ensure accurate stock handling, jewellery movement, documentation and security compliance.
Oversee store opening/closing, housekeeping and smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with Management, Inventory, Accounts, Production and other teams for client requirements and deliveries.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and luxury service standards.

Candidate Profile
5–8 years of retail experience with relevant Store Manager / Boutique Manager experience.
Experience in luxury jewellery, watches, fashion, accessories or premium luxury retail preferred.
Solid track record in achieving sales targets and leading retail teams.
Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
Confident in dealing with HNI and UHNI clientele.
Solid understanding of luxury selling, clienteling and relationship management.
Mature, well-groomed, commercially driven and highly customer-focused.
