CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
SALES & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Achieve store sales and conversion targets.
Allocate targets and motivate the team.
