Able to draft Resolutions / Keep Minutes of MC / AGM / SGBM.
3 Ability to create & maintain I , J Registers with ability to create Asset Register , Transfer register , Associate / Jt. Member Register. 4 Liase with Auditor for accounting / Data Entry knowledge.
5 Knowledge & understanding for I. Tax, GST , PT , TDS etc.
