Salary: 30,000 40,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket/department store. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day supermarket operations
Supervise and guide store staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Handle billing, cash management, and store reports
Maintain store cleanliness, safety,



and visual standards
Plan promotions and implement sales strategies
Resolve customer complaints effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail or supermarket management
Robust leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of inventory and billing systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Positive command of English and Tamil (spoken and written)
