Job Summary

Set the bar for design quality across our product portfolio, and raise it. This is the most senior individual contributor design role on the team and it carries genuine influence over what we ship.

Much of our work is complex enterprise software, which is far more compelling than it sounds. Making a dense workflow feel effortless is harder and more satisfying than another marketing landing page.

Responsibilities
End to end design for major product areas, from problem framing to production handoff
Interaction and visual design of complex, data-dense interfaces
Design critique, mentoring and lifting the standard of work around you
Close partnership with engineering so what ships resembles what was designed

Requirements
Five or more years in product design with a portfolio of shipped work
Expert Figma skill, including components, variants and auto layout used properly




The ability to explain a design decision in terms of the user problem it solves
Experience designing for enterprise or B2B products
Accessibility knowledge as part of your default process

A portfolio is required. We are far more interested in your reasoning and the versions you discarded than in polished final frames.
