Key Responsibilities & DutiesFloor Supervision & Team Leadership
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of stewards, servers, and busboys within an assigned section.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to discuss the day's menu specials, VIP arrivals, service targets, and station assignments.
Monitor grooming standards, uniform compliance, and discipline among the service staff.
Assist in training recent service staff on table setups, restaurant SOPs, and service protocols.

Guest Relations & Order Management
Welcome and escort guests to their designated tables, ensuring a warm and qualified greeting.
Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer detailed questions regarding ingredients, potential allergens,



and preparation styles.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Practice upselling and suggestive selling techniques to optimize restaurant revenue.

Service Coordination & Quality Control
Liaise between the kitchen and floor staff to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of dishes.
Inspect food presentation and temperature before it leaves the pass to ensure it meets quality benchmarks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
