Hiring: Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst

nWe are looking for a Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst who can independently drive analytical projects, solve complex business problems, and communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

n Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Develop complex, optimized, and reusable SQL & Python (Pandas) solutions.

- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models .
n
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
n
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and process improvements.
n
- Independently lead projects from problem definition to execution.
n
- Present insights effectively to senior/international stakeholders.
n
- Mentor junior analysts and support analytical best practices.
n
- Work effectively in ambiguous and evolving business environments.

- Solid SQL & Python (Pandas) skills.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets & Looker .
n
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business acumen.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to independently manage projects and work with ambiguity.
n
- Comfortable using AI tools for day-to-day analytics.
n
- Basic knowledge of A/B Testing & Machine Learning is a plus.
