Role Description The Data Analyst role at SastaSundar - Health & Happiness is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources related to pharmacy, diagnostics, and wellness operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, analyzing trends, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions and performance improvement. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to translate data findings into practical recommendations.

Analyst will also help improve data processes,



ensure data quality, and support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods for reporting, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.
- Ability to design and work with data modeling techniques, including structuring datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or digital platforms is an advantage, along with a strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
